Tanya Ryder
ministry partnerships communications manager
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing how meaningful partnerships translate into real support for women, families and the frontline teams serving them. I love knowing that the work I do behind the scenes, building relationships, strengthening communication and creating alignment, directly helps expand life-affirming care and ministry in communities across the country.
What is your favorite Bible verse/book/chapter/section? Why?
My favorite passage is Psalm 139. I love how it speaks to God’s intimate knowledge of us, His presence in every place and His careful design of each life. It reminds me that no one is beyond His reach or His love, which ties deeply into why I am passionate about the work I do serving women and families.
Why are you pro-life?
I am pro-life because I believe every life has God-given value and dignity from the very beginning. My heart for this work comes from both faith and personal experience, and I am passionate about walking alongside women with compassion, truth and practical support so they never feel alone in their most vulnerable moments.
What is something people don’t know about you?
I’ve always had a little DJ dream in my heart. Music is my love language and I am the unofficial DJ at family gatherings because I somehow always curate the perfect playlist for the mood.
What is your favorite book (other than the Bible!)?
Emotionally Healthy Spirituality by Pete Scazzero.
