Reporting to the Associate Director of Fatherhood & Family (AD-FF), the Senior Manager of Fatherhood and Family (SM-FF) assists in leading Care Net’s network of pregnancy centers, churches, organizations, and individuals to embrace ministry to men and families. The SM-FF creates and implements father-friendly strategies, resources, projects, and programs to increase the number of pregnancy centers and other organizations that serve fathers and build families. The SM-FF helps carry out Care Net’s ProAbundant Life mission, vision, and strategies and personifies the ministry of Care Net by witnessing Christ through their life, words, and deeds.

Title: Regional Director of Ministry Partnerships, East

Reporting to the Vice President of Ministry Partnerships (VP-MP), the Regional Director of Ministry Partnerships (RD-MP) manages the qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of a portfolio of current major donors ($5,000+ annual giving) and prospective individual donors in the Eastern United States. The RD-MP creates and executes customized moves management plans, conducts donor research, and collaborates with executive leadership and support staff to conduct donor meetings, present planned giving opportunities, and host Ministry Briefings.

Reporting to the Director of Mobile Operations (D-MO), the Affiliate Care & Education Manager (ACE-M) serves as the primary relationship liaison between the ministries and pregnancy centers operating affiliated mobile medical units across the United States. This role exists to support, equip, and encourage affiliate partners so their mobile units remain operational, effective, and impactful in reaching women, men, and families with life-affirming care. The ACE-M provides ongoing communication, prayer support, operational guidance, and educational resources, while helping affiliates maximize the effectiveness of their mobile medical outreach. The ACE-M helps realize Care Net’s Pro-Abundant Life mission, vision, and strategies and personifies the ministry of Care Net by being a witness for Christ through their life, words, and deeds.
