What is your favorite Bible verse/book/chapter/section? Why?
I absolutely love the book of Psalms! It contains so much beauty in the form of music and it just makes my heart sing. O come, let us sing unto the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Psalm 95:1
Where are you from? Where did you grow up?
I am from Wilkes County, NC which is home to Lowe’s Hardware, the birthplace of Nascar racing and the once self-proclaimed “Moonshine Capital of the World” (eeekk). I grew up in Purlear, NC, a small community in Wilkes County with an estimated population of ~2,500.
What are your hobbies?
I love visiting the mountains and going on hikes. I also love learning piano, playing board or card games with my family and friends and helping our daughter practice basketball and volleyball.
