“God causes all things to work together for the good of those who love the Lord and who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Knowing that I am working in God’s will to save the lives of the unborn and bring the message of the Gospel to those who may not have heard it.
What is your favorite Bible verse/book/chapter/section? Why?
“God causes all things to work together for the good of those who love the Lord and who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28.
I can see on a daily basis how God is faithful to his word to us in this single verse. Only in the “fullness of time” has this verse become even more meaningful to me.
Why are you pro life?
I have been blessed beyond anything I could have ever fathomed by becoming a mother, and in my growing role as a parent. The Lord’s blessings are so very rich in this area, and I want those whom the Lord has planned to be parents to experience the riches of his blessings….even, and maybe especially, in the midst of what are often difficult life circumstances.
Where are you from? Where did you grow up?
I’m an “inside the Beltway” girl, and grew up in Bethesda, MD. I moved to Loudoun Co, VA in the ’90’s, and thought I had moved to Kansas! I now live in Western Loudoun Co, which is very rural, and I love it! Get me on the Beltway now, and my hands start to sweat, and my blood pressure goes through the roof. This once-city-girl greatly prefers the slower pace of life in the beautiful setting of the rolling hills of Loudoun County.
What are your hobbies?
When I have time for a “hobby” I greatly enjoy gardening and sewing.
