What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Being able to help others and showing them a sense of comfort, bringing forth my kindness and being surrounded with individuals who love, praise and worship Jesus Christ. Being connected and being a part of a community that works together in protecting God’s children is the highlight of my days.

What is your favorite Bible verse/book/chapter/section? Why?

Proverbs 3:5-6 ; Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, for in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight. 

This is my favorite verse because it reminds me of why God has called me to serve in different aspects of my life that he has given me to be wholeheartedly passionate about. It gives me motivation to continue to walk by faith and not by sight. As my relationship with God grows stronger, God just continues to make my life brighter.  

Do you have any weird phobias?

I don’t really enjoy watching scary movies, but if I do, I can only watch them during the day and if I happen to watch a scary movie at night, I have to watch cartoons after to ease my mind. LOL

Where are you from? Where did you grow up?

I am from PG County Maryland, born and raised with all my family and long term friends. But at heart I am a down south girl.
