Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication, the Affiliate Support Specialist supports Care Net’s pregnancy center affiliates through customer service support and information routing. The Specialist serves as the first point of contact for affiliates to answer their questions, cheerfully route to where they can find Care Net resources, and refer onward for more involved concerns. The Specialist provides excellent internal and external customer service and is responsible for relaying common concerns from affiliate leaders to key members of the affiliate-facing team to address their needs.
