Title: Executive Director of Church Engagement

Department: Church Outreach and Engagement

The Executive Director of Church Engagement (EDCE) provides vision, strategy, and oversight to maximize church engagement that advances Care Net’s Gospel-centered, pro-abundant-life mission. The EDCE casts a compelling vision for pastors, denominational leaders, and congregations and serves as a key public communicator for church-facing initiatives. The EDCE leads the national Church Engagement (CE) teams—including Making Life Disciples (MLD), Abortion Recovery & Care (ARC), and Abundant Life Prayer Network (ALPN)—to recruit, equip, and mobilize churches for compassionate, long-term discipleship of women and men facing pregnancy decisions.

Title: Regional Director of Ministry Partnerships (Major Gift Officer)

Location: Care Net National Headquarters in Lansdowne, VA

Classification: Full-time

Department: Major Donors and Foundations

The Regional  Director of Ministry Partnerships reports to the Vice President of Ministry Partnerships and is responsible for managing the qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding of a portfolio of current major donors ($5,000+ annual giving) and a pipeline of prospective individual major donors, in a specified territory assigned by the VP of Ministry Partnerships.

Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Care Net National Headquarters in Lansdowne, VA

Department: Marketing & Communications

The Social Media Manager manages Care Net’s website, social media platforms, and blog. The Social Media Manager collaborates with the graphic design and MarComm teams to produce and distribute content across Care Net’s properties, and co-manages, along with outside vendors, the production of Care Net’s multimedia properties, including podcasts and video series.

Title: Director of Affiliate Communication

The Director of Affiliate Communication is a strategic leadership role responsible for the design, execution, and oversight of Care Net’s affiliate-facing communications, digital marketing initiatives, and educational programming. This role bridges the gap between Center Services, Marketing, and Strategic Planning to ensure that Care Net’s affiliates are equipped with high-quality resources, training, and support. The Director of Affiliate Communication oversees the full lifecycle of affiliate engagement, from webinars and guest blogs to the technological infrastructure (HubSpot) that powers the affiliate experience.
