What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is providing resources to Churches/Affiliates, giving them practical tools and equipping them to be the hands and feet of Jesus for families. I desire to see every church and community equipped to serve every family in their reach, and for those families to find help and the Gospel message when they reach out. By working behind the scenes, I get to ensure all of our affiliates have access to the resources they need, so that they’re prepared to serve and love when God leads families to them!

What is your favorite Bible verse/book/chapter/section? Why?

My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 107:29- this is truly my testimony! I’ve lived through incredibly difficult things and through it all, God has hushed every wave and calmed every raging sea.

What are your hobbies?

I am a musician! Beyond that, I love photography, line dancing, running, concerts, rock climbing, and travel!! I love being with the girls I get to mentor. I also LOVE coffee (I ‘love it with my oxygen’) so to me, making and drinking coffee is a hobby haha!

Do you have any weird phobias?

I don’t like spiders and snakes- I think I make up for it in my willingness to try just about anything else.

Why are you pro-life?

I’m pro-life because I believe God is the creator of life, and it is a beautiful gift we get to steward. In college, I got to lead worship at a prayer walk to an abortion facility and talk to a woman about my age. When we left, we didn’t know if she chose life, and that reality pierced my heart in a way nothing else ever has. God has used that in many ways since, and I am so thankful for that!!
