What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Being able to tell people about Jesus and His love, grace, and forgiveness.

What is your favorite Bible verse/book/chapter/section? Why?

I love the book of Romans. The specific verse that I constantly go back to all the time is Romans 12:2. The reason why is that God used HIs words to show me that I needed to renew my mind. I link that verse to “Therefore if any man is in Christ Jesus, he is a new creation”. So, when I renewed my mind with His word, my life completely changed, and I was a new creation.

Why are you pro-life?

I believe that God knew us when we were in our mother’s womb and that our names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. He formed us and knew what our names were. It’s incredible because every life is precious in His sight.

What are your hobbies?

I love to go to the dog park as much as possible with my German Shepherd, Kiera. I get my exercise walking at the park and get to meet new people and see friends. I also enjoy serving the homeless once a month in Dallas. I love movies and reading in my downtime.

Where did you grow up?

I was born in Asheville, North Carolina, and have lived in 6 other states. My childhood was mainly in Florida, but I lived with my Tennessee family a few times as well as in Georgia. I moved to Texas in 2006 and consider myself as a Texan now.
