Care Net’s ICU Mobile team recently welcomed a new mobile ministry team from Winter Haven, Florida, for a week of GO Training.
Through mobile medical units,
Care Net helps pregnancy centers and churches reach mothers and fathers facing pregnancy decisions who may not otherwise have access to life-affirming care.
Ready to GO!
Throughout the week, the team received hands-on training in spiritual conversations, the client journey, mobile operations, driver safety, maintenance, and community engagement.
Care Net President Roland Warren and ICU Mobile Executive Director Alex Hettinga also joined the team for training and prayer.
The week concluded with the team receiving the keys to their mobile medical unit. Before heading home to Florida, the ICU Mobile team gathered around the unit to pray over the team and the families they will serve.
Through this new mobile ministry, more mothers and fathers facing pregnancy decisions will have access to life-affirming care and the hope of the Gospel.
