Most people think “pro-life” just means saving a baby from abortion. We think that’s only half the story.
Our calling isn’t just to serve those who are not yet born, it’s to reach those who are not yet born again. True Pro-Abundant Life care means walking alongside moms and dads for the long haul.
That’s why we launched four neighborhood pop-ups across Houston this summer to eliminate real barriers like financial trouble, isolation, and lack of transportation. It all built up to our Serve Day alongside Community of Faith, EveryLife, Texas Pregnancy Centers, Kay Davis, Embrace Grace, Sam’s Club, Focus on the Family, Covenant House, Lincoln Park, and Garden City.
The Result?
Families were connected to much needed resources, some traveling over an hour by bus to get what they desperately needed. EveryLife gave over $10,000 worth of diapers to parents in need. But even better? An entire family gave their lives to Christ on the spot. They plugged directly into Community of Faith Church and are preparing to dedicate their baby to the Lord right now!
When we move beyond political debates and start being the Church, we don’t just save babies, we build strong, Christ-centered families.
